Be it veg or non-veg both people can enjoy this fun snack 'Stuffed Pav', know its recipe


Vada Pav is a very famous and popular street food of Mumbai, which you can eat from breakfast to evening snacks. So today we will try pav differently.

For how many people: 4

Material :

1 cup soya granules, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 finely chopped onions, 4 finely chopped green chilies, 1 tsp ginger paste, 4-6 finely chopped garlic, 1 tsp garam masala, handful fresh coriander, 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts, 1 tbsp ghee, salt to taste
other material
4 pav buns, 1-2 tsp milk, a pinch of salt and pepper powder

Process :

  • Add ghee to the frying pan. Add soaked soya granules to it. Add coriander and turmeric powder to it. Now mix salt and water and stir. Set this mixture aside.
  • In the same pan add 2 tbsp oil. Add onion and fry it. Add green chili, garlic, and ginger paste and fry.
  • Add soya granules, garam masala, coriander, and nuts, and fry it. After this, add salt and slow down the gas and fry for a while. Cut the pav into four parts with the help of a knife. Remove some crumbs in the middle of the pav. Fill the prepared stuffing by pressing it well.
  • Now put butter on the pan and roast it from both sides.

Non-vegetarians can stuff chicken mince or boiled eggs in it.
