- 750 ml full cream milk
- 1 sliced apple
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 handful finely chopped almonds
- 1 handful finely chopped cashew nuts
- 1 pinch green cardamom
Method of Making:
-First, peel and grate the apple and keep it aside.
-Take a pan and pour milk in the pan and let it boil. When the milk is reduced to half, reduce the flame.
-When the quantity of milk is reduced to half, then add grated apple to it. Mix it well and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Now add sugar to it and cook for a while.
-Then add cardamom powder to it and add chopped almonds and cashews and let it cook for at least 1 minute.
-Now your apple rabri is ready. It can be served hot or cold.
