How to make Potato Cabbage -

  • First, wash and cut the potatoes and cabbage. You have to cut potatoes and cabbage into medium size pieces. After that heating oil in a pan. Fry potatoes and cabbage in it. Do not fry both together, but fry them alternately. After this add oil to the same pan.
  • Now add cumin, asafoetida and bay leaves to it and temper it. Now after this you have to add finely chopped onions. Fry it well. Now add garlic, ginger, and green chilli paste to it. Fry it well too.
  • Now you have to grind the tomato and put it in it. Roast the tomatoes well. Remember that you have to fry the vegetable on medium flame. After this, you have to fry it by adding garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli and salt.
  • Lastly, add potatoes and cabbage. Now cover it by adding a little water. Your vegetable will be ready in no time. Serve with green coriander. Your spicy aloo cauliflower dry vegetable is ready. Serve it with roti or naan.
