Superman exercise

If you are not able to exercise for a long time in the morning, then you can lose weight by doing the superman exercise for just 5 minutes. Because it is said that this exercise is old enough to do weight, which you can easily do lying on the bed. This will not only reduce your belly fat but will also give shape to your body. 

To do this, first of all, spread both your hands and feet on the floor. Then lie down on your stomach and lower your arms and legs like Superman. You keep doing this exercise continuously for about 5 minutes and then come back to your position. 

Clamshell exercise

If you want to lose weight quickly, you can include clamshell exercises in your routine. By doing this exercise, not only will you lose weight fast, but you will also not get tired. To do this, bend your left hand and support the head with your hand and place your right hand on the hip. 

Then place your right foot on the left side and then keep your heel in line with the glutes, keeping your knees straight while bending your knees. Then after this, without taking your right hip backwards, lift the right knee towards the ceiling and open and close the leg like a book. You can do this for about 5 minutes and later increase the time as per your convenience. 

Single leg deadlift exercise

You can choose a single-leg deadlift exercise to reduce your belly fat. This will not only reduce your leg fat but your stomach will also be reduced. Let us tell you that it is very difficult to do this exercise, for which you first do both your feet together and then try to stand by keeping your hand's side by side.

After this, you lift your left leg and move your left hand forward until both are parallel to the floor. After that, you come back to your position.
