Why is Israel firing missiles at the speed of a bullet train in Lebanon? Is this the reason behind the hurry?

Israel's attacks in Lebanon are increasing, in the last 3 days the Israeli army has claimed to have targeted more than 2 thousand Hezbollah locations. So far more than 600 people have died in Israeli attacks and about 5 lakh people have been displaced.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army has released a video claiming that after its attacks, Hezbollah's weapons are exploding in residential areas. Through this video, Israel wants to strengthen its claim in which it accused Hezbollah of hiding weapons in the houses of common people.

At the same time, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has made it clear that he is not going to stop now, that is, Israeli attacks on Hezbollah bases in Lebanon will continue.

Also, Israeli army chief Herzi Halevi has hinted at a ground invasion against Hezbollah soon. He says that the ground is being prepared for a ground invasion through the ongoing attacks in Lebanon. On the one hand, America-France and their allies have appealed for an immediate ceasefire of 21 days, while on the other hand, Israel's preparations for a ground invasion are raising many questions.

In fact, when Israel started attacking Gaza, the ceasefire efforts did not start so soon and so fast. The attitude of the western countries towards Lebanon seems different as compared to Gaza. When it comes to Lebanon, France often takes a firm stand, so it will not be easy for Israel to fight a war in Lebanon for a long time. Also, the kind of support and arms America has given Israel for the Gaza war, it is difficult to get such support in the case of Lebanon. Perhaps this is the reason why Israel is working very fast to complete its campaign in Lebanon.

Although tensions between Israel and Hezbollah have been going on since October 8, the possibility of war between the two had started to appear since last week when thousands of pagers and walkie-talkies exploded in Lebanon on September 17 and 18. About 37 people died in these explosions, while more than 3 thousand people were injured. It is said that a large number of Hezbollah fighters are also included among these dead and injured. Hezbollah members used pagers and walkie-talkies to contact each other, but these explosions have badly destroyed its communication system.

On one hand, thousands of fighters are injured and on the other hand, there is no strong means of communication. Apart from this, the Israeli army has also targeted 70 intelligence locations including Hezbollah's intelligence headquarters, due to which Hezbollah is facing difficulties in gathering information, in such a situation it can be believed that Hezbollah is in a weak position at this time. Therefore, this could be the most suitable time for Israel to launch a big campaign against Hezbollah and complete it.

Trying to take advantage of the enemy's weakness?

However, experts who have knowledge about Hezbollah have also warned Israel about this because if we look at the 2006 war (July War) between the two, then this can prove to be a mistake for them. It is believed that Israel has always assessed the wrong strategic outcome of attacking Hezbollah in Lebanon.

But there is a lot of difference between then and now. According to the Israeli army, almost two lines of Hezbollah's top leadership have been wiped out in its attacks. Out of the 9 top leaders and commanders of Hezbollah, only 3 are alive now and the rest have been killed by the Israeli army.

In such a situation, the Israeli army would like to take advantage of the enemy's weakness before the global pressure for a ceasefire increases and return to its border as soon as possible by destroying Hezbollah's bases and remaining weapons in Lebanon.
