Kadyrov said that after the attack he informed the Russian military about the locations of Ukrainian soldiers. According to him, two Iskander missiles attacked a facility in the city of Kharkiv in the afternoon, killing 200 soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. There were reports in the Ukrainian media about the attack on the city, but the death of the soldiers has not been reported. The Russian Defense Ministry has also not yet officially commented on the attack.

For more than two years, there have been military clashes from both sides as well as attacks on cities with rockets and missiles.
