Universal condemnation of Israeli attack in Rafah camp, Turkish President called it genocide

Meanwhile, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has condemned the Israeli attack in Rafah city. Erdogan said the attack came days after the International Court of Justice ordered Israel to end its military offensive in Rafah. After the military attack in Gaza, the Turkish leader has intensified his criticism of Israel and accused it of war crimes and genocide, which Israel has completely denied.

French President condemned Israeli attacks

Not only Turkey but the French President has also expressed displeasure over the Israeli attacks on Rafah on Monday. President Emmanuel Macron has given a strong reaction on the social media platform X. Macron wrote on X that he is angry with the Israeli attacks. In which many displaced people have died in Rafah. He further said that the operations should be stopped. There are no safe areas in Rafah for Palestinian civilians. He also called for a ceasefire.

35 people died in an Israeli attack on Sunday

Palestinian medical sources and officials say that Israel on Sunday targeted a camp and homes of displaced people in the southern Gaza city of Rafah, killing at least 35 people and injuring dozens. Gaza's Health Ministry said most of the dead were women and children.

This war has been going on between Israel and Hamas since October 7 last year. During this period, more than 35,000 Palestinians have died in Israeli attacks. The entire Gaza city has been reduced to rubble. People are taking shelter in camps to save their lives. But now Israel is targeting the camps also.
