There has been a war going on between Ukraine and Russia for almost three years, in which thousands of people have lost their lives and many have become homeless in this war. Both countries are constantly attacking each other. Meanwhile, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has resigned from his post. The Speaker of the Parliament has given this information. He said that in the last two and a half years, many other ministers have also resigned but Dmytro Kuleba is the biggest face.

Dmytro Kuleba is an important face of Ukrainian diplomacy during the war. Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada received the resignation of Foreign Affairs Minister Dmytro Kuleba. Ruslan Stefanchuk said on social media that the parliament will soon vote on the resignation. Dmytro Kuleba, 43, has been Ukraine's foreign minister since 2020. He traveled worldwide to seek Western support for Kyiv since Russia's 2022 attack.

Apart from Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, 6 more ministers of Ukraine resigned from their posts on Tuesday. These included the Minister of Justice, Strategic Industries, and Environmental Protection. Recently Dmytro Kuleba came on an Indian tour. He came to India for the first time in March. During this time he met India's Foreign Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar and Deputy National Security Advisor Shri Vikram Misri.

A meeting was held between Dr. S Jaishankar and Dmytro Kuleba on 29 March 2024. The conference focused on strengthening bilateral relations between India and Ukraine, including trade and investment, science and technology, defense, agriculture, health, culture, and education.
