Trump watched a movie and had dinner with Italy's PM Meloni, said this in praise

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni visited the US a few weeks before Donald Trump's swearing-in ceremony. Georgia Meloni met Donald Trump informally at his Mar-a-Lago residence on Saturday. Photos released by the Italian leader's office showed Meloni and Trump posing at the entry gate of Mar-a-Lago and chatting in the welcome room, behind which a Christmas tree is visible.

After this meeting, Donald Trump called Meloni 'a wonderful woman'. After the meeting, Trump also became a fan of Meloni, while talking to the media, he said, "She has really taken Europe and all the other countries by storm and we are having dinner together tonight."

Meloni's visit comes before US President Joe Biden's visit to Rome. President Joe Biden is going to visit Italy soon, where he may meet Meloni, head of the right-wing Brothers of Italy party, and Pope Francis.

According to American media, the two had dinner and watched the film 'The Eastman Dilemma: Lawfare or Justice'. This documentary is about a lawyer who has been convicted for changing the results of the 2020 elections in favor of Trump. On Sunday, pictures of the two leaders were printed on the front pages of all the newspapers in Italy, some of which described the relations between the two leaders and the countries.


Both of them got along well

In the pictures, both the leaders are seen very happy meeting each other. Many ideas of both leaders are similar to each other, both the leaders come from conservative backgrounds and have immigrant ideas.

Meloni is one of several foreign leaders, including Canada's Justin Trudeau and Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who have met with Trump before he took office.
