Toilet cleaner was mixed in my wife's food...Imran Khan claims in court

Imran Khan has alleged that his wife Bushra Bibi was given toilet cleaner mixed in her food. This is the reason why his health is deteriorating. Imran Khan made this claim in the court of Judge Nasir Javed Rana.

Jailed former Prime Minister of Pakistan and founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Imran Khan has alleged that his wife Bushra Bibi was given toilet cleaner mixed in her food. This is the reason why his health is deteriorating. Imran Khan made this claim in the court of Judge Nasir Javed Rana. He said that due to this food, Bushra had stomach irritation and other problems and her health continued to deteriorate.

Last Friday, during the hearing of the PS190 million corruption case in Rawalpindi's Adiala Jail, Imran Khan told Judge Nasir Javed Rana that additional walls had been erected in the courtroom, creating an atmosphere like a closed court. He told the court that Dr. Asim Yusuf, Chief Medical Officer of Shaukat Khanum Hospital, had asked to get his wife Bushra Bibi tested at Shifa International Hospital in Islamabad. However, the jail administration is adamant about getting the investigation done at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences.

The Army Chief was threatened

Even before this, Imran Khan had warned Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir on the matter related to his wife. He had said that Army Chief General Asim Munir was directly responsible for his wife Bushra going to jail. Imran Khan had said that if anything happens to his wife, he will not leave Asim Munir.

Court asks the press to avoid conference

During the hearing, the court asked Imran Khan to avoid holding a press conference while in custody. Which Imran Khan said that he talks to the media because his statements are presented in a wrong manner. Imran Khan had sought permission from the court to allow him to talk to the media for ten minutes after every hearing.

Imran Khan is lodged in Adiala jail

Let us tell you that many cases are pending against cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan. These days he is lodged in Adiala Jail of Rawalpindi. Toshakhana case is also going on against his wife Bushra Bibi. To detain Bushra, his house 'Bani Gala' has been converted into a sub-jail. Along with corruption, Bushra has also been convicted in the case of illegal marriage with Imran Khan.
