The hush money case is related to the year 2016. In which Trump is allegedly accused of giving 1 lakh 30 thousand dollars to the adult star. Trump is accused of giving money to the adult star to keep quiet about their relationship. However, Trump has rejected these allegations.

The biggest question right now is what punishment will be given to Trump. However, the judge has already indicated that Trump will not be sentenced to prison, nor will he be fined or probated.

The judge wrote that the best option for sentencing Trump is what is called an unconditional discharge. This ends a case without jail, fines or probation, but an unconditional discharge presumes the accused is convicted.
