On Sunday, Demographic Indicators (NSO) (National Statistics Office) put forward a report on Nepal's population, average age, and death rate. NSO said that Nepal's population growth rate was less than 1 percent per year. NSO Director Dhundi Raj Lamichhane said, “Compared to the figures of the last eight years, population growth was the lowest.”
