Sunita Williams will be breathless even while lifting a cup of tea! What will happen on Earth after returning from space?

Sunita Williams News: NASA astronaut Sunita Williams and her colleague Butch Wilmore will have to face many physical and mental difficulties after returning to Earth after staying in space for months.
Sunita Williams Return To Earth: Indian-origin American astronaut Sunita Williams is returning to Earth next month. According to NASA, Sunita and her colleague Butch Wilmore are preparing for their return. Both have been stuck in space for the last eight months due to technical problems. NASA's Crew-10 mission is scheduled to launch on March 12. It will bring these two astronauts back to Earth from the International Space Station (ISS) on March 19. However, after returning from space, the biggest challenge for Sunita will be to adjust to Earth's gravity again. Due to this low gravity, initially, it will be difficult for Sunita to even lift a cup of tea or a pencil.
The body will adjust according to gravity.
Both Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore told CNN in an interview that gravity would be a new experience for their bodies due to staying in space for a long time. Wilmore said, 'Gravity is extremely difficult. When we come back, it pulls us down. The fluids present in the body also accumulate in the lower parts, and even lifting a pencil feels like a workout.'
Sunita Williams also agreed to this. She said, 'It will be a little difficult to adjust after coming back to earth. Even working the muscles properly can be challenging in the first few days.'
What effect on Sunita Williams's body?
The eight months spent in microgravity would have brought many changes to the bodies of these two astronauts. Muscles become weak in space because they do not have to bear the weight of the body. Bone density decreases. According to scientists, the bone density of astronauts can decline by up to 1% every month.
In microgravity, body fluids go up, making astronauts' faces look puffy and their legs look thin. But when they return to Earth, fluids go back to normal, causing temporary discomfort.
To minimise these effects, there will be a rigorous rehabilitation process in which Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore will undergo special training to regain strength and stamina.
You will start feeling the difference within 24 hours
Within 24 hours of returning to Earth, astronauts start realizing that they are no longer in space. Sunita Williams said, 'When you stay in space for a long time, you do not feel the gravity of the Earth. But when you return, your body starts recognizing it completely and you have to slowly adapt yourself again.'
The experience of living in space is unique in itself. Wilmore said, 'Floating in space is extremely fun.' He also said, 'I love my flying hair. But when we come back, we will slowly have to leave that feeling and again adapt to the reality of the earth.'
