' Russia is failing this war '

Biden said, 'Make no mistake, Russia is failing this war. It has been more than two years since Russian President Vladimir Putin opted for war, his losses are staggering. More than 3,50,000 Russian soldiers have been killed or wounded, and nearly 1 million Russian citizens, many of them young people, have left Russia because they see no future in their country.'

The US President said, 'We know that Putin will not stop in Ukraine. But make no mistake, Ukraine can and will stop Putin.'

' There is no risk-free option in war '

| NATO Secretary General James Stoltenberg said that there is no option in which there is no cost to deal with Russia as a neighbor.

Stoltenberg said, 'There is no risk-free option in any war. And remember - the biggest cost and the biggest danger will be if Russia wins in Ukraine. We cannot let this happen. It will not only embolden President Putin but it will also encourage other autocratic leaders in Iran, North Korea, and China.'

Biden awarded Stoltenberg the Presidential Medal of Freedom, America's highest civilian honor, for his decade of service at the top post of the NATO alliance.
