In the Russia-Ukraine war, NATO countries are adding fuel to the fire. Ignoring Putin's nuclear warning, one after the other, three NATO member countries have given permission to Ukraine to use long-range missiles. Putin had already said that if missiles of NATO member countries fell in his country, he would consider it an attack by the entire NATO.

NATO member countries that have been providing military and economic aid to Ukraine since the beginning of the Russia-Ukraine war are now seen in the role of instigating this fight. In America, Trump Jr., the eldest son of the newly elected President Donald Trump, had questioned the decision of the Biden administration and called it an attempt to start the Third World War. After America, first Britain and now France have also given permission to Ukraine to use its long-range 'Scalp missile' against Russia.

No red line for France - Barrot

French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot told the BBC that Ukraine could fire French long-range missiles at Russia under the 'argument of self-defense'. Barrot said that France does not intend to create any 'red line' for supporting Ukraine. At the same time, he did not deny the possibility of deployment of ground forces.

Barrot has said that we cannot rule out any option, we will continue to help Ukraine intensely as long as it is necessary because security is at stake in this war. He said that every time the Russian army advances one square kilometer, the danger increases towards Europe as well.

The decision is a death knell for Ukraine: Russia.

Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova has said in a conversation with state media that France's move is not a help for Ukraine but it is a death knell for Ukraine. Let us tell you that Russia is constantly warning Western countries about this step.

Earlier, when America had approved the use of ATACMS missiles, Putin had taken a big retaliatory action and changed Russia's nuclear doctrine. According to this new nuclear doctrine, if Russia is attacked with the support of any nuclear power country, then in this situation it can consider using nuclear weapons.

How dangerous is the Scalp missile?

The French Scalp missiles are similar to Britain's Storm Shadow missiles, it is a long-range missile used for air-to-air and air-to-ground strikes. It weighs about 1300 kg. The 16.9 feet long missile carries a warhead of about 450 kg. Its width is 25 inches and height is 19 inches. The speed of the Scalp missile is about 1200 kilometers per hour and its range is 550 kilometers.

Are NATO countries provoking Russia?

Earlier, the US had given Ukraine permission to use long-range ATACMS missiles, after this decision of the Pentagon, Britain also gave Ukraine the green signal to use Storm Shadow missiles. After getting the approval about a week ago, Ukraine fired 6 ATACMS and two Storm Shadow missiles on Russia, but Russia shot down all these missiles. At the same time, after France's approval, Ukraine can also use Scalp missiles against Russia.

In such a situation, it remains to be seen what Russia's stance is, because just last week Russia attacked Ukraine with an intercontinental missile, although according to Al-Jazeera's report, this missile did not have a warhead. It is believed that this missile attack was done to send a message to Ukraine and all its allies including America.
