Pakistan Weather: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) said last week, 'Due to the presence of high pressure in the upper atmosphere, a heat wave is expected in most parts of the country, especially Punjab and southern Sindh province from May 21.

Pakistan News: Like many parts of India, it is extremely hot. The weather conditions in Punjab province of Pakistan are also no different. Here too, there is severe heat due to which all government and private schools have been closed from 25 to 31 May.  

"Schools will be allowed to conduct examinations as per schedule with necessary precautions to ensure the safety of students," the Punjab government's school education department said in a notification on Monday.

According to the report of news agency Xinhua, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) had said last week, 'Due to the presence of high pressure in the upper atmosphere, a heat wave is expected in most parts of the country, especially Punjab and southern Sindh province from May 21. ."

Apart from this, the Meteorological Department had said that there could be severe heat on 23-27 May. The department had appealed to the people not to go out of their homes unnecessarily in the hot sun and to drink more water.
