Life of women in Gaza is getting difficult, there is no privacy left, and they tell a painful story.
It has been more than a year since the war between Hamas and Israel started, but this war is not stopping. The entire Gaza has been destroyed in the fire of this war. While many people have died, it is becoming difficult for many people to live every day.
People's homes have been destroyed in this war and thousands of people are forced to live together in tents. Living in these tents is not easy, women are facing a lot of problems in these tents. Women are not getting any kind of privacy while living in these small tents.
Women's privacy is not saved.
Women have to live in these tents with many strangers and distant relatives. Children, women, and men are forced to live together in the same tent. In these tents, women are not getting any separate place to change clothes, there is no separate place to sleep and it seems as if their privacy has been taken away from them.
Women are not getting menstrual products in the days of the pandemic in the war-torn Gaza. Due to this, women have to wear old cloth and torn sheets. Also, there is no toilet in the area.
Ala Hamami, who is facing these problems in Gaza, said, our whole life is spent wearing the clothes worn for Namaaz. Now we cannot take off this shawl, we wear these clothes all the time, including when sleeping at night. With so many men around all the time, she wears these clothes to cover herself completely all the time. Also, she wears clothes that cover herself completely while sleeping at night so that if there is a sudden Israeli attack at night, she can run away immediately.

Millions of people were forced to leave their homes
The war between Israel and Hamas has been going on for the last 14 months. Due to the continuous operations and attacks by Israel, 90 percent, 2.3 million people have been forced to leave their homes. Thousands of people have been forced to live in camps.
The situation is so bad that people have not only lost their roofs but there is no food and water available as well. People are looking for food first thing in the morning. Families are wearing the same clothes for months because they have no clothes left to wear.
The life of women in Gaza was the opposite of the conditions in which they are forced to live today. There, women used to cover themselves from men, did not come in front of unknown men, used to wear hijab and burqa, but today they are forced to live with their families in the same tent with unknown men.
The UN says more than 690,000 women and girls in Gaza need menstrual products. Amal Seyam, director of the Women's Affairs Center in Gaza, said such dire conditions are posing a risk to women's health.
Thousands of people died
According to the Health Ministry of Gaza, more than 45 thousand Palestinians have died in Israeli attacks so far. Most of the women and children have lost their lives in these attacks. At the same time, 1200 Israeli citizens have died in Hamas attacks.
WHO urges ceasefire
Meanwhile, the head of the World Health Organization (WHO) on Monday urged to stop attacks on hospitals in Gaza. He announced this after an Israeli hospital was attacked in Gaza. WHO Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said, Gaza hospitals have once again become a battlefield. Once again the health system has come under the shadow of fear. We reiterate once again that attacks on hospitals in Gaza should be stopped. He also urged for a ceasefire.
