Who gave the information?

71-year-old former cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan has been in jail since August last year. Maryam Nawaz's Punjab cabinet has approved legal action against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder leader Imran Khan and other leaders of his party for spreading hatred against state institutions. Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari has given this information.

Imran had made these allegations

Earlier, the Information Minister had said that Imran Khan is trying to become the Mujibur Rahman of Bangladesh. Mujibur Rahman successfully led the Bangladesh Independence Movement against Pakistan. He became the first Prime Minister of Bangladesh in 1971. Bukhari had said that people who meet Khan in jail also follow him in spreading hatred against institutions.

A few months ago, Khan had alleged that the army, under the guidance of Chief General Asim Munir, is trying every trick to eliminate his party's presence from Pakistan's political environment, but every effort is failing. Khan had alleged that instead of accepting the mandate of the people in the country, the election results were manipulated to bring the losers to power.
