Gaza Truce: The Hamas delegation has returned from Cairo to Qatar after discussing Israel's ceasefire proposal with officials. Hamas will send its reply in writing after discussing it with its top leaders in Qatar.

On Monday, a Hamas delegation reached Egypt to respond to Israel's proposal for a ceasefire and the release of hostages. The Hamas delegation has returned to Qatar after meeting the officials here. Quoting a source involved in the ceasefire talks, AFP said that the delegation will give its response after visiting Qatar to discuss the proposal.

According to 'Al-Qahera' news, a site associated with the Egyptian intelligence agency, the Hamas delegation will send its written reply on the ceasefire deal. America has expressed hope that Hamas will accept the proposal. Let us tell you that Qatar, Egypt, and America have been trying for months to organize peace talks between Hamas and Israel.

Palestinian prisoners will also be released

According to sources, the ceasefire proposals include the release of Israeli hostages along with the release of Palestinian prisoners lodged in Israeli jails. As part of a week-long ceasefire in November, Israel released 80 Israeli hostages and 240 Palestinians held in its prisons.

Blinken's seventh visit

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is on his seventh Middle East tour since the war started. He reached Saudi Arabia on Monday. Where he discussed with Saudi officials and met GCC-US leaders to bring ceasefire and peace in the region. On Wednesday, Blinken will leave for Israel and Jordan. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has also urged Hamas to take a quick decision on the ceasefire.

Discussion on the two-nation agreement

European and Middle East leaders have discussed a two-nation agreement in a meeting in Riyadh to resolve the long-standing Israel-Philletin dispute.
