The event was organized under the patronage of the High Commission of India in the Caribbean nation and in collaboration with the Rajasthani Association of North America (RANA), New York.

Indian High Commissioner to Trinidad and Tobago, Dr. Pradeep Rajpurohit presided over the program as the chief guest in this program organized at the National Council of Indian Culture (NCIC) campus. During this period, about 15,000 devotees recited Hanuman Chalisa.

11000 defense sources brought from Ayodhya
