Chinese military planes suddenly entered Taiwan, the dragon is constantly showing its power.
China is threatening Taiwan every day. Meanwhile, it has been claimed that Chinese aircraft entered Taiwan airspace, after which there was a stir. Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense (MND) has informed about the presence of 23 Chinese military aircraft and six naval ships near the island. It says that 16 Chinese aircraft crossed the median line and entered Taiwan's airspace.
In a post shared on Twitter, MND said, "23 PLA aircraft and 6 PLAN ships have been observed operating around Taiwan at 6 am today. 16 aircraft crossed the median line and entered Taiwan's northern, southwestern, and eastern ADIZ. We have monitored the situation and responded accordingly."
China is constantly infiltrating Taiwan.
Earlier, the MND had reported the presence of five Chinese military aircraft and five naval ships near the island on Sunday. Military activity was also reported on Saturday when seven Chinese military aircraft and five naval ships were around its area. At the same time, Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense shared information about the inauguration of the new barracks of the ROC Armed Forces Army Airborne Training Center. It was said that the base would equip army paratroopers and special warfare warriors with next-generation training methods and gear to enhance their combat capabilities.
What did the NATO Secretary General say?
Recently, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte also criticized China's stance. He said that we should think clearly about China's ambitions. China is building up its military including its nuclear weapons. There is no transparency and no limits in this. From 200 warheads in 2020, China is expected to have more than 1000 nuclear weapons by 2030. Its space-launch investments are skyrocketing.
He said that China is threatening Taiwan and using such methods to gain access to our critical infrastructure that can cripple our societies. The Taiwan Strait remains a focal point of tension. Taiwanese officials repeatedly condemn the increase in Chinese military operations and call it a direct threat to the island's sovereignty and regional peace. China considers Taiwan a part of its territory. It insists on its unification.
