By spoiling relations with India, has Bangladesh written the script of its own destruction?

Just six months ago, Bangladeshi clothes were the most popular in America, Canada and European countries. Take clothes of any brand, they have 'Made in Bangladesh' or 'Made in Vietnam' written on them. Bangladesh was at the top in the textile market and 'Made in China' or 'Made in India' was the most popular in the shoe market. The skill of the weavers of Bangladesh was such that they were at the top of the textile market.
But on 5th August, Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wajed had to leave her chair and come to India. The system prevailing in Bangladesh started collapsing. The conditions gradually started developing there, and other countries started trusting it less. Because in Bangladesh, on the pretext of student movement, those elements who were religious fanatics and opposed minorities, especially Hindus, took over the government.
How will Pakistan help!
These fanatic elements of Bangladesh were Pakistan supporters, so their opposition to India was natural. Bangladesh, which is surrounded by India on three sides and has the Bay of Bengal on one side, export from that country is not possible without India's help. But Bangladesh has developed such bitter relations with India that it seems that India Out is now its motto. Bangladesh forgets that Pakistan cannot help Bangladesh in its import-export even if it wants to. It can create an atmosphere against India there, but what will it do in import-export! It is true that it has had maritime relations with Pakistan since November 13. On this day, a cargo ship from Pakistan's Karachi port reached Bangladesh's Chittagong port. But its route is so long that trade is not so easy and smooth.
Now fundamentalists in liberal Bangladesh
Bangladesh is now completely changing itself on the lines of Pakistan. It seems that now the rule of hardline Islamic fundamentalists will prevail there and not liberals. Perhaps now Bangladesh will change its language, customs and uniqueness. The conditions there point towards this. The way memories related to Sheikh Mujibur Rahman are being destroyed in Bangladesh, this is what it seems. The head of the interim government Mohammad Yunus has surrendered to the fundamentalists of his country. Now new notes of 20, 100, 500 and 1000 Taka (Bangladesh currency) are being printed there. The new notes will not have the photo of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, who is called the father of the nation of Bangladesh. Not only this, greetings like Joy Bangla will no longer be spoken. The fundamentalists feel that this sentence smells of Hindu traditions. Where will this kind of anti-India attitude take Bangladesh!
From India's friend to India's enemy
Symbols related to Sheikh Mujibur Rahman are also being demolished from there. Bangladesh is also turning away from all those beliefs which reflect the glory of Banga-Bandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. The current regime of Bangladesh forgets that the nationality and identity of Bangladesh is linked to Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Bangladesh would not have been formed if Sheikh Mujibur Rahman had not fought against the cruel government of Pakistan. Bangladesh became independent from Pakistan on 16 December 1971 and its constitution came into force a year later on 16 December 1972. However, the independence of Bangladesh was declared on 26 March 1971. The Indian army was fully helping the Bangla Mukti Bahini fighting for the independence of Bangladesh. They also got weapons from India. Therefore, most of the people of Bangladesh considered India as their friend.
Religion is not a basis for adding
It was not possible for Pakistan to run a smooth administration in East Pakistan which was about 2000 kms from its capital. As a result, Pakistan kept prospering, but the people of this eastern part started lagging behind in jobs, business, education and health. Pakistan was divided from India on the basis of religion. But religion cannot eliminate the specialities of the regional society, their customs and their dialect. Because of its Bengali language, Bangladesh felt some closeness to West Pakistan which was 2000 kms away. The Urdu speaking rulers of Pakistan kept mocking the Bengali language and customs of East Pakistan. As a result, after 24 years, East Pakistan became Bangladesh and all its relations with Pakistan ended.
Nuclear bomb with the help of Pakistan!
Recently on 13th November, a cargo ship from Karachi reached Chittagong port of Bangladesh. This is a big cause of concern for India. If the relations between Bangladesh and Pakistan become stronger, then India will suffer losses. In this way, India will be surrounded by enemies on its eastern and western borders and its exports will also suffer a huge blow. Increasing relations with Pakistan means that Bangladesh will also purchase weapons and it can also make a deal with Pakistan to make nuclear bombs. BBC has reported that in a seminar of Bangladesh Retired Armed Forces Officers Welfare Association, Prof. Shahiduzzaman stressed that Bangladesh should make a nuclear agreement with Pakistan. If it does so, then India will be alerted.
Distance from India will ruin Bangladesh
Bangladesh has imported 25000 tons of sugar from Pakistan, whereas earlier it used to import sugar from India. Not only this, cotton from India and domestic animals from India also used to go to Bangladesh, because Bangladesh has been the largest producer of meat of big animals. The way the interim government of Bangladesh is behaving, it seems that Bangladesh is breaking its relations with India. This is not only worrying for India but is also not a good thing for Bangladesh. Bangladesh shares its border only with India. It has sea on three sides and India is across the land it has. In such a situation, will Bangladesh be able to save its existence by maintaining a 36 figure with India! This is the million dollar question. Keeping distance from India will be the reason for its ruin.
Helping Pakistan will be very costly
At present, there is a severe shortage of onions and potatoes in Bangladesh. These items used to come to Bangladesh from India. The same is the case with rice. If India does not send food items to Bangladesh, then there will be famine there. But during the Mohammad Yunus government, the situation is such that most of the people there do not want good relations with India under any circumstances. These people are Pakistan supporters. They think that with the help of Pakistan, they will be able to answer India. According to them, India shows its dominance in South Asia. But this is their illusion, Pakistan cannot help them in any way. If with the help of Pakistan, it makes an atom bomb, then it will have to face such a massive ban from the western countries that its very existence will be in danger!
