The fire that has been burning for the last 4 days has spread to about 40 thousand acres. Out of which 29 thousand acres of area has been completely burnt. From forests to houses, a lot of things in California have been burnt to ashes in this fire. The only way to control this fire is by spraying water, while as a loss, many banks of California have been burnt to ashes.

Many Bollywood actors living in Hollywood Hills have been forced to leave their homes. Apart from this, houses worth crores of rupees of many actors have been burnt to ashes.

The speed of the winds increased concern

The speed of the Santa Ana wind is increasing rapidly and its direction is also changing rapidly. Therefore, the fire is engulfing those areas where large population lives. Sunset Boulevard of Los Angeles is engulfed in flames. These winds are believed to be the reason for the fire taking such a huge form.

This fire targeted everyone, common and special

The California fire has burnt down the houses of Bollywood celebrities like Paris Hilton, Tom Hanks, Steven Spielberg. Vice President Kamala Harris's house has been evacuated. President Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden's luxurious Malibu house adjacent to the Santa Monica mountains was reduced to ashes in the fire. President Joe Biden cancelled his visit to Italy.

Loss of 200 billion dollars

This fire has badly affected America. Insurance companies have also suffered huge losses, because the value of houses in this area ranges from 60 lakh dollars to 21 crore dollars and it is known that till now insurance companies have suffered a loss of 20 billion dollars. Which is expected to increase to 200 billion dollars.

10 thousand buildings destroyed, 60 thousand still in danger

At least 10,000 buildings have been destroyed by fire in California. More than 5,300 buildings were destroyed in the Los Angeles Palisades alone. More than 60,000 buildings are still in danger.

Canada sent super scoopers

Every possible effort is being made to extinguish this fire in America. Along with this, many other countries are also coming forward to extinguish this fire. Canada has sent its CL-415 planes called Super Scoopers to extinguish the California fire. Super-scooper planes are fire fighter planes, these have the capacity to store up to 1500 gallons of water.

Fire smoke visible from space

The smoke of the fire in California is visible even from space. NASA Earth Observatory has also released a picture of it. In which the terrifying form of the fire is visible. Efforts are being made to control the fire with helicopters and planes, but due to strong winds and their changing direction, the fire is spreading to different places.

Strong winds are blowing in the area at a speed of about 160 km per hour, due to which it is becoming difficult to control the fire. Many community centers and religious places in Los Angeles have been completely burnt due to the fire. Along with this, many banks have also come under its grip. At present, efforts are being made to extinguish this fire on a war footing. This fire that started on Tuesday has not been extinguished yet.
