According to the US media, the US is considering removing this organization from the list of terrorist organizations.

Hayat Tahrir al-Sham is an organization that emerged from the Syria-Iraq wing of Al Qaeda, which has tried to portray itself as a nationalist organization from radical Islamism in the last few years.
