Relief in Shanghai: Corona restrictions eased, 40 lakh people imprisoned in homes for several days exempted from lockdown


Relief has been given in Shanghai, the main city of China, which is badly battling Corona. Giving relief in the lockdown imposed here recently, the Chinese government has given permission to 40 lakh more people to leave their homes. That is, these people can now go to their work and employment. Shanghai, with a population of more than 20 million, has been in the grip of a big wave of Corona for the past several days. Even now, the process of getting deaths and infected people continues. Seven more people have died due to Covid-19 in Shanghai, China's largest city and global financial center. In this way, 10 people have died due to corona within two days. Now the death toll due to the epidemic has increased to 4,648 in the country.


21 thousand new cases found
According to the National Health Commission of China, 21,400 new cases of infection were reported in the country in the last 24 hours. Most of these cases were registered in Shanghai. In 24 hours, 3,297 new cases of local infection were reported, out of which 3,084 new cases were found in Shanghai alone.


In Shanghai, with a population of about 26 million, the number of infected is increasing rapidly due to the Omicron form of the corona virus. Within a day in China, there were 18,187 cases of local infection in which no symptoms of the disease were present.
