If reports are to be believed, now the Duchess of Cornwell, Camilla, the second wife of Prince Charles, will be made the new Queen. She will now be addressed as the 'Queen Consort'. According to the news, despite becoming Queen of Britain, Camilla will not be able to get sovereign rights.

Although the queen is traditionally the wife of the king, her position in the British monarchy has always been a sensitive issue, with Camilla being Charles' second wife.

After the death of Princess Diana, Charles married Camilla a second time. Now that Charles becomes King, his second wife, Camilla, may possibly receive the title of 'Princess Consort' instead of the traditional 'Queen Consort'.
