Weather Update: Heat wave in many states, heavy rains may occur in these states due to Cyclone Moka


The scorching heat is going on in many states of the country and people are helpless in front of this heat. But on the other hand, the weather will change in the coastal areas including Bengal, Odisha from today and the reason for this is Cyclone Moka. According to the Meteorological Department, Moka will take the form of a storm from today and after that, there will be heavy rains in these areas. 

According to the Meteorological Department, the storm can be more dangerous on May 12. During this, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rains in many areas including Bengal, and Odisha. Along with this, winds are expected to blow at a speed of 70 kilometers per hour. According to the Meteorological Department, on May 11, due to the Moka storm, there may be rain in the southeast Bay of Bengal, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and the Andaman Sea. 

On the other hand, if we talk about the heat here, the situation is bad in Delhi, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, and Chhattisgarh due to the heat. Here the effect of the western disturbance has ended and the temperature has crossed 40 degrees. The temperature can cross 45 degrees in a day or two.
