Shakti Yadav Drinking Alcohol: The video shared by BJP is 43 seconds long. However, ABP News does not confirm when and where this video is from.

Shakti Yadav Video: Liquor prohibition law has been in force in Bihar since 2016. Despite complete prohibition, it has not been completely stopped in the state. People consume it secretly every day. Many times they are also caught. Large quantities of liquor are also seized from border areas. Many times opposition leaders also surround CM Nitish Kumar regarding this that there is only a nominal law in the state. Now those who raise questions are drinking alcohol and flouting the law. A video of RJD spokesperson Shakti Yadav was shared on Wednesday (12 February) from the ex-handle of Bihar BJP.

'RJD's chief spokesperson is drunk'

Bihar BJP's x handle posted the video with the caption, " Look, RJD's chief spokesperson flouting the liquor ban law!" The text on the video reads, "First Tejashwi took donations from liquor traders, now RJD's chief spokesperson is drunk." The video shared by the BJP is 43 seconds long. 

In this video, RJD spokesperson Shakti Singh Yadav is seen sitting on a sofa wearing a vest. There is a table in front of him on which several glasses are kept. There is also liquor. It is seen in the video that Shakti Yadav is drinking liquor from a glass. However, ABP News does not confirm when and where this video is from. Apart from Shakti Yadav, three more people are seen in the video.

Demand for action after video surfaced

On the other hand, after the video surfaced, users on social media have started demanding action. A user named Kunal Sharma wrote, "Who will take action? You people take action". A user has informed Bihar Police and Patna Police by tagging them. Another user tagged the police and wrote, "Where is your law, is the law really the same for everyone, if it is, then how is he still out of jail? If you have any shame left, take action."
