Utility News: From today in Rajasthan, these people can get the prevention dose of Corona
Health workers, frontline workers, and people with comorbidities (severe diseases) above 60 years of age have started taking the precautionary dose of COVID-19 in Rajasthan from today. The number of beneficiaries of this category in Rajasthan is about 24.15 lakhs. Of these, the number of health workers 5.17, frontline workers 6.48, and persons with serious diseases above 60 years of age is about 12.50 lakh.
All people 60 years of age and older with comorbidities will not need to provide a doctor's certificate for prescription doses. Principal Secretary to the Government, Vaibhav Galaria informed in this regard that the preparation dose of the COVID-19 vaccine can be given on completion of 9 months (39 weeks) from the date of the second dose recorded in Co-WIN.
The COVID-19 vaccine from which the beneficiary has been vaccinated in the past, the same vaccine will be administered as a precautionary dose. He said that the vaccination certificate will also be updated automatically after the dosage is administered. He has appealed to all the people concerned to get a maximum number of vaccinations done by registering online or offline.
