Chamcham Kumari, the 22-year-old daughter of late Dukhan Mochi, resident of ward-8 of Bhawanandpur Panchayat, was married to Ramesh Mochi, a resident of Teghra village of Teghra police station area, two years ago. According to Chamcham Kumar's mother Sukni Devi, her husband Ramesh Mochi called her on the phone and then there was an argument between the two over the gold chain. This made Ramesh so angry that he slit his wife Chamcham Devi's throat with a knife and ran away.
She was asking for a gold chain from her husband and got death in return.
