Donation box of Shri Sanwariya Seth Temple: In the fifth and final phase of counting, the donations received from the donation room, office and online were counted, in which 5 crore 92 lakh 53 thousand 417 rupees were received.

Chittorgarh News: The counting of the monthly donation box of the famous Krishna Dham Shri Sanwalia Seth temple in the Mewar region of Chittorgarh has been completed in five phases. A large number of devotees are reaching the temple for darshan, due to which the amount of offerings is continuously increasing. Given this, a new donation box is also being constructed by the temple board. This time a total amount of 22 crore 92 lakh 13 thousand 317 rupees has been received from the donation box, donation room and online offerings. Apart from this, 665 grams of gold and 133 kg 654 grams of silver offerings have also been received from the donation room and donation box.

Counting was done in five phases 

The monthly donation box was opened on 28 January on Krishna Paksha Chaturdashi in the presence of temple administrative officials, temple board president and members. In the first phase of counting, 8 crore 8 lakh rupees were received. After this, counting could not be done on 29 January due to Mauni Amavasya. In the second phase, 4 crore 54 lakh 5 thousand rupees were counted on 30 January, and in the third phase, 3 crore 70 lakh rupees were counted on 31 January. In the total counting of four phases, donations of 16 crore 32 lakh 5 thousand rupees were found.

665 grams of gold and 133 kg 654 grams of silver were offered 

In the fifth and final phase of counting, the donations received from the donation room, office and online were counted, in which 5 crore 92 lakh 53 thousand 417 rupees were received. Thus, a total amount of 22.92 crore rupees was received from the monthly donation box and donation room of the temple. Apart from this, gold and silver were also counted, in which 665 grams of gold and 133 kg 654 grams of silver were found in the offerings.

23 crores came last month

An amount of about Rs 23 crore was received from the monthly treasury opened last month, which shows that the amount of offerings is constantly increasing along with the faith of the devotees. The temple administration has planned proper management to ensure the proper use of this amount. This offering of Shri Sanwalia Seth Temple will be used in temple development and religious service works.
