Maharashtra assembly elections are near. Due to this, political rhetoric among the leaders has increased. The series of attacks and counter-attacks between Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis and AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi continues. Devendra Fadnavis hit back at Owaisi on Sunday and said, these are the descendants of Razakars, the Razakars who tortured all our people of Marathwada, looted our lands, destroyed our families, these are their heirs, how will they talk to us with such face.

Asaduddin Owaisi had said that Fadnavis, even you, PM Modi, and Amit Shah together cannot compete with my tongue. In response to this, Fadnavis retaliated. This debate between Devendra Fadnavis and Asaduddin Owaisi started when Deputy CM Fadnavis reached Sambhajinagar to campaign for votes for the candidates. During that time he said, vote jihad is going on in Maharashtra now. Also, taking the name of Owaisi, he said that no one can change the name of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. After this, the debate started between the two.

Owaisi also said, that to defeat Majlis in Maharashtra, Narendra Modi and RSS have fielded around 100 independent candidates with Urdu names, but I appeal to all of you to not give even a single vote to these weak people who are standing in the election to divide the votes.

Elections are to be held in a single phase on 20 November for 288 seats in Maharashtra. After this, the election results will be declared on 23 November.
