The last date for application is 31 December. Camps will also be set up for applications in schools and colleges from 26 to 28 December.

DEO released the list of beneficiary female students

Actually, under the Chief Minister Kanya Utthan Yojana, 1500 girls who pass the intermediate examination this year will be given an incentive amount of Rs 25000. This scheme is of the Bihar government and its aim is to promote the education of girls. Girls will have to apply online for this amount. Applications can be made on the e-Kalyan portal. The last date for application is 31 December 2024.

The marks of the students have nothing to do with this scheme. No matter in which category they have passed, all are eligible. After applying online, the amount will be sent directly to their bank account. The District Education Officer (DEO) office has released the list of beneficiary students.

Camps will be organized in schools and colleges.

To make the application process easy, all colleges and inter-schools will organize camps on 26, 27 and 28 December. In these camps, students will be helped to apply online. Although the last date for online application is 31 December, the district administration aims to get all the students to apply by 28 December.

Bank account must be linked with Aadhaar

Banka DEO Kundan Kumar said that it is necessary for the bank account of the girl students applying to be linked to Aadhaar. He has appealed to those girl students whose account is not linked to Aadhaar to go to their bank as soon as possible and get it linked. By doing this, they will be able to get the amount easily through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
