The police have arrested the accused daughter-in-law in this incident of 26th September. The accused woman has told the police during interrogation that her mother-in-law used to beat her often. She used to pull her hair even on trivial matters. She did the same thing on the day of the incident.

In such a situation, when her husband and father-in-law went out for work, she also took the opportunity and attack her mother-in-law's face with a sickle. Due to this, her mother-in-law fell on the ground and started writhing in pain, then the accused woman picked up the stone of the wheat grinding mill and crushed her face badly. Due to this, the accused woman's mother-in-law died on the spot. The accused woman's father-in-law had lodged a report with the police regarding this incident.

According to SP Banda Shiv Raj, the accused woman was arrested within 24 hours. On the basis of the information given by the accused woman, the police recreated the crime scene and recovered a grinding stone and a sickle from her house. The police are investigating the matter. The case is of village Shahpur Sani of Badausa police station area of ​​Banda. According to SP Banda, the accused woman has been identified as Gudiya alias Saroja. During the police investigation, it was found that Gudiya did not have good relations with her mother-in-law Gomti.

After this, the next day when the husband and father-in-law of the accused woman went out for work, the accused woman, seeing the opportunity, first attacked her mother-in-law with a sickle. Due to this, she fell down and started writhing in pain, but did not die, so this angry woman picked up the stone of the wheat grinding mill and hit her mother-in-law's face with it several times. Due to this, the woman died on the spot.
