A businessman from UP duped a businessman from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh of Rs 3 crore on the pretext of getting him a loan. The accused bought luxury cars and expensive equipment with the cheated money. When the victim businessman did not get the loan amount, he complained to the police. The police have arrested the accused businessman from Amethi. Two luxury cars, cash, and other equipment have been recovered from his possession.

The Ujjain businessman had complained of fraud in Madhavnagar police station. The police have registered a case. According to the police, on August 4, Ujjain businessman Sunil Kumar Jai runs a factory named Bokem Parenteral Private Limited and Bokem Health Care Private Limited in Udyogpuri. Some time ago, he needed money to expand his business. He was talking to people to arrange for cash. Then he came in contact with Raj Bhavan, a resident of Gauriganj in Amethi district of UP.

Raj Bhavan duped Sunil Kumar in the name of getting a loan of Rs 18 crore. He also demanded a commission of Rs 60 lakh to get the loan. Sunil Kumar agreed to this. This amount was to be given for about 36 months, for which Sunil Kumar also went to Amethi, Uttar Pradesh several times. During this loan process, Raj Bhavan deposited about Rs 3 crore in different accounts through RTGS and NEFT. But despite paying so much money, when the loan amount was not received, Sunil Kumar complained to Madhav Nagar police station.

After this, the police arrested the accused from Amethi and brought him to Ujjain. Where he is being interrogated. The police arrested Rajbhavan from Amethi and brought him to Ujjain. Two Fortuner cars recovered from him have been confiscated. These cars were bought by Rajbhavan from the money given by Sunil Kumar. Along with this, the police have also recovered Rs 5 lakh in cash and an expensive mobile from him.
