On Wednesday night, the wedding was going on at MM Marriage Lawn in Buddheshwar, when the arrival of a wild animal leopard created panic. During this, a person got scared and jumped from the roof, due to which he got seriously injured.
The forest department team reached the spot and tried to catch the leopard, but during this time the leopard attacked many forest officials including forest inspector Muqaddar Ali. The leopard remained hidden inside the lawn for a long time and the forest department team kept trying to rescue it.
Was there a commotion due to the arrival of the leopard?
On Wednesday night, Akshay Kumar and Jyoti's wedding ceremony took place at Buddheshwar's MM Marriage Lawn. Meanwhile, at around 10:30 pm, a person named Deepak went to the second floor of the lawn, where he suddenly saw a leopard. Out of fear, he jumped down, due to which he got seriously injured.
As soon as the news of the presence of the leopard spread, there was a stampede at the function. People started running here and there, while women and children were locked in rooms for safety. According to media reports, Harsevak Prasad Dwivedi, who was present at the wedding, and lawn owner Rehman informed the forest department about the incident.
Leopard attacked the forest ranger, and the team fired a bullet
Forest Inspector of Malihabad Range Muqaddar Ali reached the spot with his team. He went to the second floor of the lawn to catch the leopard, but as soon as he reached the top, the leopard attacked him. The attack was so severe that Muqaddar Ali and his companions fell from the stairs and got injured.
After this, other forest workers fired in the air for rescue, and the leopard ran away from there and hid in a corner of the lawn. At present, DFO Lucknow Sitashu Pandey himself is monitoring this operation and the entire team is engaged in catching the leopard.
The leopard seen in live streaming created a commotion
Videography was going on at the wedding ceremony, whose live streaming was being played on the screen installed there. As soon as the leopard suddenly appeared on the screen, people panicked and started running here and there. The guests present at the ceremony became very upset after seeing this scene.
The Rehman Kheda forest is about 10 km away from the MM Marriage Lawn where this incident took place. This area has been terrorised by a tiger for the last 68 days. People initially thought that a tiger had entered the wedding, but later forest officials confirmed that it was a leopard. However, now the Rehman Kheda area is in fear of both tiger and leopard.
