This woman named 'Nidhi' was illegally selling Miphentermine injections to increase courage and aggression to the youth going to the gym.

The woman kept an eye on the gym goers. Delhi Police has said that Nidhi was providing banned injections to the youth. No person can sell or keep this injection in the house without a doctor's prescription. At the same time, a raid was conducted at Nidhi's house. A total of 60 injections of Miphentermine were found during the search. These injections are classified under Schedule-H of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and do not come under the NDPS Act. The Crime Branch has taken action under Section 22/23 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. Under these sections, there can be a minimum punishment of 3 years and maximum life imprisonment.

Let us tell you that these injections cannot be kept at home without a prescription and permission. 35-year-old Nidhi is unemployed. However, Delhi Police has not found any criminal record of the accused. She has been arrested for illegally keeping and selling drugs at home.
