SBI RBO Recruitment 2023: Recruitment for 868 retired bank officer posts, know how to apply!

State Bank of India has invited applications for the recruitment of Retired Bank Officer posts for Business Correspondent Facilitator posts. Eligible candidates can apply at sbi.co.in. The last date to apply is March 31, 2023. This recruitment drive will fill 868 posts in the organization.

Education: No specific educational qualification is required as the applicants are retired officers of SBI, e-AB, and other PSBs.

Experience: Retired personnel should have adequate work experience in the relevant field and overall professional competence.

Special Skills/Qualities: The retired personnel should possess special skills/qualities/qualities as per the requirement of the post.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on shortlisting and interviews.

Shortlisting: Merely meeting the minimum qualification and experience will not confer any right on the candidate for being called for an interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for an interview will be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

Interview: The interview will be 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

Merit List: The merit list for final selection will be prepared in descending order of marks obtained in the interview only, provided the candidate obtains minimum qualifying marks. If more than one candidate secures the common cut-off marks, such candidates will be ranked in the merit in descending order of their age.
