Sanjay Singh: The path is not easy for MP Sanjay Singh, sent to judicial custody till 27th October

It is no longer easy for Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh in the money laundering case related to Delhi Excise Policy. Let us tell you that the court sent him to judicial custody till 27th October. During the custody hearing, a separate application has been filed for medicines since Singh is a diabetes patient. 

Let us tell you that on October 10, the court had extended the ED custody of Sanjay Singh, arrested in the Delhi Liquor Policy case, till October 13. Now after the custody period ended, he was produced again in the court on Friday. From where he was now sent to judicial custody till October 27.

Sanjay Singh has also approached the Delhi High Court against his arrest. Singh's lawyer requested an immediate hearing from the Chief Justice's bench, saying that the ED has not given him proper grounds for arrest. Let us tell you that Sanjay Singh was arrested after several hours of raid at his residence.
