Sanjay Singh: AAP leader Sanjay Singh's problems will increase, ED claims - 200 GB digital evidence found

The troubles of AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh do not seem to be reducing. ED has found concrete evidence against him in the alleged money laundering case related to Delhi's controversial liquor policy. According to media reports, while extending the remand of the AAP leader, the court noted that in the recent raid, the investigating agency has found some such things in respect of which he needs to be interrogated in depth in his custody.

According to ED's claims, it has received about 200 GB of fresh digital evidence, which will have to be assessed in the presence of Sanjay Singh. Apart from this, Sanjay Singh is to be confronted with the witness who has mentioned the alleged role of the accused in granting some liquor licenses not only in Punjab but also in Delhi. 

At the same time, the court directed the investigating officer to ensure that the assessment of all the digital data should be completed during this period. Similarly, instructions have been given to eliminate all the people with whom the accused has to be brought face to face, during this period itself.
