She says that Premanand Baba used to live in Banaras earlier and we used to go there with my husband Shri Ram Sharma ji and my husband used to present Ras there, to see which Premanand Maharaj used to go to Banaras. The woman further told that after which Premanand Maharaj met her husband Shri Ram Sharma ji and said take me to Vrindavan. On this, he said that the one whose hand Banke Bihari ji holds, he himself comes to Vrindavan. Banke Bihari ji will hold your hand and bring you to Vrindavan.

Amma named Sheela is about 90 years old. She says that when we saw Premanand Maharaj in Banaras, he had very long dreadlocks, and he lived like a fakir, but after coming to Vrindavan, he propagated the name of Radha and despite being sick, he came out at night and gave darshan to the devotees. The woman further said that his kidney is bad, despite that he comes out at night. The woman said that Premanand Maharaj comes out at night and blesses a lot, even in so much trouble, he thinks that his devotees will be standing there on the way, so he goes out on foot to give darshan.

It is worth mentioning that last Thursday, women of NRI Green Colony of Vrindavan protested against Sant Premanand Maharaj and took to the streets to protest against him. After this, this matter became a topic of discussion in the whole country and everyone wanted to know the reason behind the protest by women. Then it came to light that women had protested against the padayatra of Sant Premanand to be held at night.

As you know, every day at 2 o'clock in the night, Saint Premanand Maharaj used to take a padyatra (foot march) to Shriradhakali Kunj Ashram with his disciples, in which thousands of devotees participated singing bhajans and kirtans. The women started this protest after getting disturbed by the noise in this padyatra. Let us tell you that after this protest, the saint changed the time and place of his padyatra.
