The police is confused about the death of a female professor in a university in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, under suspicious circumstances. In the initial investigation, the police is considering it a suicide case. At the same time, the police also says that further action will be taken only after the post-mortem report comes. The body of the female professor was found in suspicious condition in room number 103 of the university guest house. A knife and medicines were also recovered from the room.
The police have sent the body of the female professor for postmortem. The deceased professor had joined Tirthankar Mahaveer University in the district's Pakbara police station area only two weeks ago. When the female professor did not open her room in the morning, the people of the guest house informed the university management about the matter. The police was immediately called on the spot. When the police opened the room, the female professor's body was lying on the floor. The forensic team has collected evidence from the spot.

Superintendent of Police Akhilesh Bhadoria informed that the body of Professor Aditi posted in the pathology department of TMU was found in Tirthankar Mahavir University in Pakbara police station area of Moradabad district. The deceased professor was a resident of Rewari district. When the door of her room was not opened in the morning, the university management informed the police about it. When the police reached the spot and opened the door, the body of the professor was lying on the floor in the room.

SP Nagar says that in the initial investigation, the case seems to be a suicide. Some medicines and a knife have also been found at the spot. Looking at the scene of the incident, it seems that the professor has probably attacked himself. According to the university staff, the professor was unwell for a day or two. He had not even eaten dinner on Saturday night.

The professor's phone was not reachable since the evening, after which her family reached TMU to meet her. Before reaching here, the police had informed them about the professor's death on the way. The deceased professor's family member Navneet Kumar said that Aditi was very happy ever since she joined TMU. Aditi had told that the department where she was working was very good. The deceased professor had joined Tirthankar Mahavir University just 2 weeks ago. She was earlier posted in the medical college of Hapur.
