On the other hand, a different kind of parade was also organized in Kolkata in which the 'Robot Army' saluted. During this, everyone was surprised to see the robots. Its video is also becoming very viral on social media.

West Bengal Governor and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee were also present in the video. In the parade, a contingent of soldiers marched ahead with the robot army and saluted. It was said that these robots are capable of working in all kinds of weather. These robots can work in temperatures ranging from minus 40 degrees to 50 degrees.


What is Multi-Utility Legged Equipment (MULE)?

These are not ordinary robots but they can weigh up to 15 kg and can move easily. The Indian Army recently unveiled this robot named Multi-Utility Legged Equipment (MULE) at the North Tech Symposium 2023 held in Jammu. This robot is equipped with 360-degree cameras and radars which help the operator to detect and destroy any threat. These robots walk on four legs and are analog machines.

This robot can be operated via Wi-Fi or Long-Term Evolution (LTE) network, which allows it to work up to 10 kilometres. It can be easily operated with a remote control and is capable of walking on snow, mountains and high stairs. It can climb mountains at an angle of up to 45 degrees and can also climb stairs up to 18 centimetres high.

The performance of this robot has not only amazed people but also highlighted the technical capabilities of the Indian Army.
