Rajasthan weather update: Rain alert issued for 22 districts of the state


The rainy season has started once again in Rajasthan. Rain was seen in four-five districts of the state on Thursday. This has given relief to the people from the heat. The Meteorological Department has also issued an alert of rain in 22 districts for Friday.

According to the department, due to the system formed in the Bay of Bengal, the rainy season is likely to remain active for the next few days. Under this, it is expected to rain in East and South Rajasthan. A yellow alert for rain has been issued by the Meteorological Department in 22 districts on Friday.

According to the department, today including the capital Jaipur, Dausa, Ajmer, Alwar, Banswara, Baran, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Dholpur, Dungarpur, Jhalawar, Jhunjhunu, Karauli, Kota, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Sawai Madhopur, Sikar, Sirohi, Tonk and It may rain in Udaipur districts. Yellow alert has been issued by the department for these districts.
