Rajasthan: Today Ashok Gehlot government will give this big gift to the common people.

The Ashok Gehlot government of Rajasthan will give a big gift to the people of the state today. Chief Minister Kamdhenu Animal Insurance Scheme will be launched today by the government. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot himself has informed about this.

He informed that Kamdhenu Animal Insurance Scheme will be launched from Gulabpura in Bhilwara district on Wednesday, under which two milch animals per family will be given free insurance of Rs.40,000 per animal. He said that the state government has done many remarkable works for the protection of cows.

A grant of approximately Rs 3 thousand crore has been given to Gaushalas and Nandishalas during the tenure of the present government. A compensation of Rs 40 thousand per cow was given to cattle herders for the cows that died due to lumpy disease. Besides, milk producers are being provided a subsidy of Rs 5 per liter on milk.
