Rajasthan: There will be a holiday in schools from October 29 to November 7!

Following the instructions from the Ashok Gehlot government of Rajasthan, the Education Department has withdrawn its order to cancel the Diwali holiday. While issuing a revised order, Director of Secondary Education Saurabh Swamy has declared a mid-term holiday in schools from October 29 to November 7.

According to the news, in addition to the holidays specified in the Panchang, according to the order issued by Saurabh Swamy, now the head of the institution can declare a holiday of two days in the session.

It is worth noting that due to this, the education department had canceled the mid-term holiday coming around Diwali.

The department had taken this decision to minimize the loss to the students due to the closure of the school due to corona infection.

Due to the closure of schools in the state during the period of the corona pandemic, students are behind their courses. This time the festival of Diwali is on 4th November.
