Rajasthan: Strict action will be taken against those who spread pollution!


Strict action will now be taken against those who cause pollution in the National Capital area located in Rajasthan. Chief Secretary Niranjan Arya has directed the administrative officers of the Bhiwadi region to take strict action against the polluters without delay. Chief Secretary Niranjan Arya, while reviewing the meeting held on the Air Quality Index of Alwar and Bharatpur districts located in the National Capital area, has given such instructions to the officers through VC today. 

During this, Rajasthan Chief Sachin Arya said that administrative, police, and officers of Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board should continuously monitor the air quality of Bhiwadi Industry Area and Alwar and take necessary steps to prevent pollution. In the present circumstances, the top priority of the administration should be to stop the increase in pollution and for this, all the departments concerned should take tough decisions in harmony and promptness. 


He directed the Alwar district administration to take necessary action to control pollution in the Bhiwadi area. Apart from natural causes, ensure strict action on other factors causing pollution without delay. To prevent pollution caused by road dust, make an action plan and implement it promptly after interacting with the stakeholders of industry and transport.

 It is worth noting that these days pollution has become a cause of trouble in the NCR region. In this regard, the Supreme Court has also directed the Central Government to convene an emergency meeting.
