Rajasthan: Rajendra Rathore targeted the Ashok Gehlot government regarding the inflation relief camp!
Inflation relief camps have started in Rajasthan today. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot inaugurated this camp at Mahapura in Jaipur today. Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathore has targeted the Ashok Gehlot government of the state regarding the inflation relief camp. He accused the state government of forcibly pressurizing the sarpanchs to join inflation relief camps.
BJP leader Rajendra Rathore tweeted in this regard that everyone has the right to protest in a democracy. More than 11,200 elected sarpanchs of gram panchayats, the grassroots unit of democracy, are being forcibly pressurized by the government to join inflation relief camps, and they are being harassed.
What can be more unfortunate than this is that the sarpanch of the same panchayat, Hanuman Sahay Chowdhary, was forcibly taken to the police station late at night from the Mahapura camp where Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot started the inflation relief camp and was threatened to open the lock of the panchayat.
