Rajasthan has become the first state in the country to have got the right to health. The government got the Right to Health Bill passed in the Vidhansabha in the face of fierce opposition from the doctors of private hospitals and the BJP. With this, Rajasthan became the first state in the country, where the Right to Health Bill has been passed.

With the passage of this bill, now the government and private hospitals will no longer be able to refuse treatment. The passing of this bill will be of great benefit to the people. In case of emergency, even private hospitals will not be able to refuse free treatment. A separate fund will be formed for free treatment in an emergency in private hospitals. Also, if any negligence at the hospital level comes to the fore in this situation, then if found guilty, a fine of Rs 10 to 25 thousand will be imposed. For this, an authority will be formed at the district and state levels.

At the same time, the ruling party and the opposition ran fiercely with their statements regarding the debate on this bill in the House. Health Minister Parsadi Lal Meena attacked doctors and some big hospitals. During this, Meena also taught the lessons of service and religion to the doctors.
