Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has targeted the previous Ashok Gehlot government over Rajasthan's ambitious ERCP project. Earlier on Sunday, CM Bhajanlal Sharma addressed the thanksgiving meetings held in various districts on the second day of his Rajasthan tour.

Meanwhile, Bhajanlal Sharma said that the previous government made promises on Rajasthan's ambitious project ERCP only for politics. He practiced politics of corruption and appeasement. While within one and a half months of the formation of our government, the state government has also prepared a road map to implement the project on the ground while realizing the MoU promise with the central and Madhya Pradesh governments.

He said that the state government will fulfill every promise made in the resolution letter in a timely manner. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma meanwhile said that Rs 45 thousand crore Revised Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal Project (Integrated ERCP) would prove to be a lifeline for Rajasthan.

This will solve the age-old problem of irrigation and drinking water in this area, and due to abundant irrigation in the fields, this land will also grow gold.
